Eligibility

Who May Use pv88

To register and maintain an account on pv88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pv88 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy and will request identity verification documents to confirm age where required.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, bots, and automated agents are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local laws before using pv88.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement, whether imposed by pv88 or any other gambling operator.
• You must register with accurate personal information. Providing false details, using another person's identity, or misrepresenting your age will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

pv88 reserves the right to decline any registration application or suspend any existing account if, in its sole judgment, eligibility conditions are not met or cannot be verified to the platform's satisfaction.

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policies

All financial transactions on pv88 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pv88 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No foreign-currency transactions are processed through the Platform.

Deposit Conditions

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on pv88:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed upon detection. Any associated bonus will be forfeited.
• pv88 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds deposited on the Platform at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make a deposit. pv88 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification. If KYC documentation has not been submitted and approved, pv88 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing until the verification is complete.
• Any active bonus balance must meet the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be requested. Attempting to withdraw funds while an active bonus rollover is incomplete will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

Prohibited Conduct

Actions That Will Result in Account Suspension or Closure

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pv88. Any player found to have engaged in any of these activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all funds forfeited:

• Registering or operating more than one account, or opening a new account after a previous account has been closed for breach of these Terms.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated mechanism to interact with the Platform, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated play that distorts game outcomes or betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, engaging in money laundering, or using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other players or pv88 staff through any channel, including in-game chat, email, or social media.

pv88 cooperates with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies and will disclose account information and transaction records when required to do so by law.

Liability

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pv88 expressly excludes all liability for the following:

• Any financial loss, including direct or indirect losses, arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, including during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance windows.
• Any loss of data, including game history, transaction records, or account information, caused by technical failures, cyberattacks, or events outside pv88's reasonable control.
• Errors in game software, odds feeds, or pricing information caused by technical malfunction, data provider error, or human error. pv88 reserves the right to void bets placed based on erroneous odds, prices, or game states.

Nothing in these Terms limits pv88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments & Governing Law

Changes to These Terms and Applicable Legal Framework

pv88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you continue to use the Platform after revised Terms have been published, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. pv88 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in any jurisdiction other than those in which it expressly operates.
